Running Events 2008

 
 

Last year over 50 runners took to the streets of the UK and raised over £20,000 in much needed funds for Acorns Children's Hospice.  From the London Marathon to local 5ks your local children’s hospice was well represented.  As a result of your ongoing efforts Acorns have been able to reach more and more life-limited children from the Midlands region.

  

 

    
 

However, we are always in need of more people to take part to continue raising essential funds for Acorns.  We have places available in a large number of running events including:

We offer all fundraisers lots of help with making the maximum sponsorship possible.  On signing up to fundraise for us your will receive a fundraising pack including:

  • An Acorns t-shirt or running vest

  • An A-Z of fundraising advice and tips

  • Sponsor Forms

  • Information on using Justgiving to raise sponsorship
