The Sahara Desert Trek

4th – 11th September 2010 (Desert Trek)

4th – 14th September 2010 (Desert Trek and Community Extension)

Have a once in a lifetime experience and make a difference! Take part in the Sahara Desert Trek and do something amazing for a local child with a life limiting or life threatening condition, whilst trekking in one of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes.

The Acorns Sahara Desert Trek will offer participants the opportunity to have an amazing experience while raising much needed funds for Acorns.  As an ‘Acorns only’ trek all participants will be raising funds for Acorns and the trek itself is modified to suit the charity.  As such we are also offering the one-in-a-lifetime opportunity to extend your trek and join the optional community project volunteering with a local charity working to improve the lives of local disadvantaged children.

Uncover the epic views and fascinating communities of the Sahara Desert, as you trek by day and camp out under the wide African sky at night!
