The Kilimanjaro Challenge

Dates for 2012: 18th-29th January; 20th June-1st July; 12th-23rd September

This charity challenge and volunteer opportunity sees the first 3 days helping the children at a local school in Moshi by completing much needed repairs and refurbishments.  This is followed by a trek up the world's tallest freestanding Acorns Kilimanjaro trekker reaches the peakvolcano, Mount Kilimanjaro. We take our time to reach the peak, giving plenty of time for acclimatisation and the greatest chance of success.  We will arrive at the 5,895m peak at dawn on the 6th day to enjoy one of the most amazing sights on earth.

Whilst in Tanzania, why not extend your trip to spend 2 days on safari in the Ngoro Ngoro Crater, one of the world's best locations for viewing elephant, zebra, lion and wart-hog.
