‘Bangers & Trash’ rally!

A family and friends from Northfield made an impressive trek across icy mountains in France and Spain in a £125 ‘banger’ raising more than £1,335 for Acorns. Roger Atterbury, pictured front left, and his family took part in the ‘Bangers and Trash’ rally, where entrants had to make the journey in a car bought for less than £200.

Birthday celebrations!

To celebrate her granddaughter Sienna Mai Charters’ 1st birthday, Margaret Charters hosted a birthday party. Son, Lee Charters and his fiancée Janine Nham came over from Australia for the party to be with their family and instead of taking presents back to Australia they asked family and friends to donate to Acorns. They raised a wonderful £250!
