Severn Valley Cycle Challenge

A scenic cycle event!

Sunday 19th August 2012

Thank you to everyone who took part in our second Severn Valley Cycle Challenge in August 2011! Nearly 100 participants chose to cycle either a 10 or a 20 mile route through the Severn Valley countryside finishing in picturesque Bewdley.

Acorns Severn Valley Cycle 2011

Once again the sun shone for our cyclists who included serious cyclists as well as families enjoying a day out complete with picnic! They enjoyed a leisurely journey back to their start point by steam train.

£7,000 was pledged in sponsorship on the day and it is hoped that the event will raise over £15,000 overall – an incredible achievement! Thank you to all who were involved, including our wonderful volunteers.

We hope to see you again next year on Sunday 19th August! You can register your interest now by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
