Thank you very much for choosing to make a donation to Acorns. We can assure you that whatever you donate will be put to good use immediately and is greatly appreciated by the children and families that use Acorns’ services.

You can donate in following ways:

Option 1: Make a regular donation

Are you able to pledge an amount of money each month to help us continue providing our vital services to Acorns children? Giving regularly to Acorns enables us to plan for the future, and we have a membership for these supporters called Friends of Acorns.  Apply here to set up a regular donation to Acorns

Option 2: Make a donation online or by phone

Acorns uses Justgiving secure server for online donations. Throughout the transaction your credit/debit card details will be fully encrypted and known only to Justgiving and their acquiring bank.

By phone:
If you would like to make a donation over the phone please have your credit or debit card details at the ready and call our Finance Team on 01564 82 5000. Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Option 3: Donate by cheque or postal order

Please remember to include reference number ACHTWEB on the back of your cheque or postal order. The cheque should be made payable to Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust. Please note that if you do use a stamp on your envelope, more of your donation can be used to support our children and families.
 
Gift Aid
You can now increase the value of your donation by almost a third – at no extra cost to you – by simply saying yes to Gift Aid. Please tick the appropriate box on the online donation form or ask Acorns how you can Gift Aid your donation. Please note that you must pay an amount of Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax we reclaim on your donations (25p for every £1 you give).
