TERMS OF SERVICE


Definitions:

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning. "The Company" means Acorns Children’s Hospice. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

Payment and Delivery:

Payment shall become due upon placement of the order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of The Company's choosing. All products can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom. Carriage will be at cost to the Customer and forms part of the payment. Orders totalling up to and including £15.00 will be charged P&P at £2.50, orders totalling between £15.01 and £28.00 will be charged P&P at £4.50, and orders totalling £28.01 or more will be charged P&P at £6.00. We aim to despatch goods within 10 working days. Please wait 21 days to report to The Company any outstanding orders.

Giveagift only orders are currently exempt from P&P charges.

Returns:

You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it.
You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Liability:

a) If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, The Company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
b) If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective The Company shall, at its option replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
c) In no circumstances shall the liability of The Company to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
d) If the goods are not as described the Company will bear the cost of return carriage.
e) If the goods are as described at point of sale, the Customer will bear the cost of return packaging.
