Community Fundraising and Events

In community fundraising and the events team, we have many volunteers who help - this may be attending a cheque presentation marshalling at an event organised by our Events Team, or helping to raise the profile of Acorns by going out to different men’s/women’s groups and schools to talk about the work of Acorns. In whatever way they offer their support, we really do appreciate their help, at what sometimes may be very unsociable times of the day!

You could help by becoming a Community Volunteer, helping at these kind of events within your area.

Administration

There are lots of ways to support the head office fundraising and administration team, whether it be at the Head Office in Wythall or working with community fundraising teams who are based at our hospices in Selly Oak, Walsall and Worcester.

Whether it be general administration or taking on a project for a period of time, we welcome any support you may be able to offer.
