Walk of Worcestershire
Sunday 1st July 2012 - in aid of Acorns
Free Radio has teamed up with Worcester Bosch Group to organise this summer event in support of Acorns. The 10.5 mile charity walk will take place in some of the county’s most scenic routes and proceeds will directly benefit our hospice in Worcester.
It is hoped that people of all ages from across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and from further afield will want to dust off their walking shoes and stride out in support of Acorns.
The Route
The Walk of Worcestershire will start at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern and finish at Worcester Racecourse.

How taking part in this event will help Acorns
We provide care for families 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help them cope with the huge emotional, physical and financial challenges of caring for a life limited child. Money raised from the event will go directly towards continuing to provide care and support to over 200 life limited children and their families across the region currently using our services.
