Head of Marketing and Communications

The Head of Marketing & Communications will play an essential part in engaging actual and potential supporters and inspiring them to support our mission and our charity. 

This role will lead the transformation of the Acorns brand and reach.  Responsibilities include, leading the marketing and communication teams to propose, develop, deliver and refine strategies, relationships and activities for the continued growth in awareness, engagement and support for our cause across different audiences and stakeholder groups.

Politically savvy, the post holder will understand the importance of identifying those in a position to deliver the positive policies we want to see for our children and families.

Public Affairs Manager

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this role covers all aspects of public affairs and media partnerships.  You will be responsible for developing Acorns stakeholder engagement, parliamentary engagement and lobbying and government relations – to ensure the voice of our children and families is heard.

This role will work with key internal and external supporters to enable them to develop their own ‘voices’ and local stakeholder relationships.
