Acorns Thank You Week 2022

During Acorns Thank You week we are taking the opportunity to express our deep gratitude to you, our amazing supporters and to say a huge THANK YOU!

No matter who or where you are, whether you have donated money, taken part in fundraising events, shopped in or donated to our retail stores, volunteered your time, or have helped in raising awareness of our cause – thank you!

Because of you, Acorns can be there for any child or family that needs our vital love, care and support. Children just like Yusuf, Lily-Mai, and Esme.

Thanks to you in the past year…

  • Acorns supported 704 children and 940 families across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire, including those who are bereaved.
  • 237 siblings were supported at Acorns through our Sibling Support Service.
  • The Acorns Family Services team provided 22,091 instances of vital emotional and practical support to family members, including those who are bereaved.

We are reaching out to as many people as possible to tell you just how much we value your support and let you know the immense and positive impact you have on the children and families we care for.
