Terms and conditions
- Please ensure you have read the full AVFC terms and conditions prior to the match.
- The silent auction will close on Monday 29th January at 1.00pm via the third-party platform Jumblebees.
- The auction winner will be contact directly by Jumblebees and asked to make payment for the item. Proof of payment must be sent to Partnerships@Acorns.org.uk by 12.00pm on Tuesday 30th January for the prize to be claimed for the match that evening.
- The Trinity Executive Box is owned by CyberQ Group who will also be present during the 30th January match. The seats provided for this auction have been kindly donated by CyberQ Group to raise funds for Acorns Children’s Hospice.
- Parking is not included as part of the hospitality experience.
- If attendees are disruptive within the boxes AVFC will be at liberty to ask them to leave the box.
- A smart casual dress code applies:
- Sportswear such as tracksuits and replica football shirts (including home team kit) and away team colours are not permitted.
- Smart jeans are acceptable. All footwear should be clean and smart in appearance.
- Children under the age of 14 may wear a home team kit
- If in doubt, please err on the side of caution as entry will be refused for anything deemed to be unacceptable.
- It is your responsibility to inform your guest of the relevant dress codes.
- By entering this auction you are committing to making a donation to Acorns Children’s Hospice via the platform Jumblebees.
- If proof of payment is not received by 12.00pm on the 30th January 2024 the prize will not be able to be claimed.
- Disclosure of any dietary requirements will need to be sent across to Partnerships@Acorns.org.uk ASAP after the prize has been claimed. Vegetarian and Vegan diets are catered for but any allergens or alternative requirements will need to be disclosed.
