The Great Birmingham 10k run is taking place on the same day as the Great Birmingham Half Marathon.
Join us on the 1st of May 2022 for an incredible running experience. Starting in the heart of the city, you’ll soak up the atmosphere and music all the way to the finish for this fun filled event. The 10k run is perfect for runners of all abilities and by joining Team Acorns you’ll be raising money for life limited and life threatened babies, children, and young people across the West Midlands.
Whether you’re looking to increase your fitness, beat your personal best or push yourself to the limit for charity, this is a fantastic opportunity for all.
We are offering FREE PLACES for this amazing run when supporters pledge to raise £150 sponsorship.
Please read the full terms and conditions before signing up. You must be 15 years and over to take part in this event.
Your own place
Alternatively, secure your own place through the event organisers. When you have confirmed your place, please let us know so that we can support you with your fundraising. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01564 825 037.
Making every day count for local children
We can only continue providing care, support, fun and laughter for local life limited and life threatened children with your support. Did you know? When you fundraise £100 it could pay for four children to have a half hour physiotherapy session. Our specialist physiotherapists make sessions enjoyable for children while ensuring they get real benefits, including pain relief, improving stiff muscles and helping with breathing problems.
Kick start your fundraising
We’re here to support you all the way! By signing up for the event you will receive an Acorns running vest, support from our Events team to help with your training and fundraising and the amazing feeling you’ll get from knowing you’re making a real difference to local children! Here are some simple ways to give your fundraising a boost, if you need more support we’d be happy to help. Just get in touch at email@example.com.
