Because of the nature of the roles for which you are applying, the post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders legislation. You must still declare any cautions, convictions or reprimands and tell us if there are any proceedings outstanding against you. In the event of employment failure to disclose such convictions could result in dismissal or disciplinary action. Any information given will be completely confidential and will be considered only in relevance to an application for positions to which the Rehabilitation Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 applies.
