Bubble Rush is even bigger and bubblier this year

Join us for a fantastic bubble-filled day and support local children and families.

Bubble Rush is a fun run with a difference – it’s not a race! Run, walk, jog, skip or toddle your way around our family-friendly course and take on four coloured bubble stations filled with foamy fun. The course is two laps, so you can have double the incredi-bubble fun!

Bubble Rush’s foamy run is suitable for the whole family – there’s no age limit and the course is pushchair and wheelchair friendly so everyone can take part in our bubbly activities!

Wave times

There are two wave times for you to choose from. We ask that you arrive one hour prior to your wave time to check in and warm up before it starts.

How long is the course?

The course itself is approximately 2.5km long but you’ll do this twice for double the incredi-bubble fun! If just one lap suits your group, then that is also fine.

What's all included?

  • A Bubble Rush fundraising pack to help you raise as much as possible for local children and families!
  • Regular contact from Acorns Events team to help you prepare for the big day!
  • An energetic and fun warm up to get you ready for your colourful bubble run
  • A 5km route for double the fun! You can also choose to run the route once (2.5km) if you prefer
  • A Bubble Rush t-shirt (excluding under 3s)
  • A Bubble Rush themed medal when you cross the finish line
  • Entertainment throughout the day
  • Hot and cold food and drinks, and exclusive Bubble Rush merchandise will be available to purchase on the day.

Do you have a bag drop?

There will be no bag drop available on the day. Please ensure you keep your change of clothes, picnics or larger items in your vehicles or leave them with any spectators that are joining you. Personal items such as phones and wallets should be kept on you.

Take on the Birmingham Running Festival!

Join Team Acorns for a unique opportunity to run a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon around the beautiful Sutton Park, the 2,400 acre National Nature Reserve in Birmingham.
