Acorns Children’s Hospice provides care for babies, children and young people aged 0-18 years who have life limiting or life threatening conditions, and associated complex needs. We offer a network of specialist palliative nursing care and support from our three hospices.
Care and support is delivered in response to the individual needs of a child and their family with a package of care tailored for each child that includes their medical, emotional, cultural, religious and spiritual needs. This package is provided in each of our three hospices and the wider community, including outreach care in a family’s home.
Our care services for children include short breaks at our hospices, emergency and end of life care, therapeutic and psychosocial support – you can find more information on each our of care services using the links further down this page.
