Retail Administration Volunteer

Location: Head Office, Drakes Court, Wythall, B47 6JR

Hours: Flexible Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

To assist Retail Admin in the daily duties:

  • Ensuring all data related to the volunteer database is entered onto our system as directed
  • Sorting post from the retail shops and distributing it to the correct departments
  • Filing records as directed
  • Collating volunteer hours worked on a weekly basis
  • Communicate with shop managers regarding volunteer references and weekly updates
  • Always be aware of health and safety issues
