Come along with all the family to buy Christmas gifts from local crafters, enjoy delicious treats and have lots of festive fun. With all proceeds raised used to support the hospice, you’ll be helping local children and families too.

How do I book tickets?
Please pre-book your ticket to secure your place on the day. If you are unable to do so, tickets will also be available on the day.

When do I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive any time from 10am when the Fete opens. Last entry will be at 2pm and the Fete will close at 3pm.
Where do I park?
Please park in the area around the community centre. We request all visitors to the Fete are respectful of our local residents when parking.
Can I run a stall at the Fete?
If you are a local maker and would like a stall at the Christmas Fete, please get in touch with our team by emailing Becky.Perkins@acorns.org.uk.

What stalls/entertainment will be present on the day?
Our Garden Fete will have lots going on for the whole family to get involved with. Find a bargain at our toy and book sale or plant sale. Try your luck on the tombola, have a go at one of our garden games, or take part in a fun treasure hunt. There is also face painting, fun crafts and tours of our beautiful gardens.
We have a great schedule of entertainment including local bands Ember Wren and Rusty Oblivious, plus the fantastic Who Let the Ukes Out Ukulele group.
We also have special guests the Lord Mayor, TV soap actress and children’s presenter Kia Pegg and Actress Annabelle Davis in attendance!
What refreshments are available for purchase?
Make sure you leave room for lunch at the fete, where you can purchase the best pizza in town, a selection of hot and cold drinks, a variety of delicious cakes and traybakes, or grab yourself an ice cream (all allergens included).

You are welcome to arrive any time from 11am when the fete opens. The fete will close at 3pm.
Where do I park?
There is very limited parking available at Selly Oak Trust school next door, and we encourage people to walk or use public transport where possible. If you are parking on roads local to the hospice, please respect our local residents and not block any driveways.

Registration
- The entry fee is non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another name by contacting the Acorns Events team.
- Adult tickets are for guests aged 16 and over.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

- There will be a photographer in attendance on the day, taking photos for future promotional use by Acorns and on our social media channels. If you wish for your photograph not to be taken or used then please alert a member of Acorns staff on the day.

Join us to kick off your Christmas celebrations at the Selly Oak hospice Christmas Fair! Come along with all the family, see Santa and his Elves and give him your Christmas wish list (with a small gift for each child), grab some delicious treats, and start your Christmas shopping. With all proceeds raised used to support the hospice, you’ll be helping local children and families too.
What’s on?
- Santa’s Grotto will be ready to welcome boys and girls, with opportunities to meet the big man himself and his Elves, and to share your Christmas wish list.
- Explore our range of Christmas stalls including gifts and crafts.

Volunteer with us
Support us at Selly Oak Christmas Fair as a volunteer. We’re looking for volunteers to help with a variety of stalls and activities including Santa’s elves, manning stalls and tombola, selling hot drinks and cakes, and car park attendants.
