Two iconic Brummie Chefs working together in support of Acorns!
Join us for an evening to remember as we combine the talents of two of Birmingham’s greatest culinary heroes, Dan Lee and Alex Claridge, for one night only in aid of Acorns Children’s Hospice.
This unique event enables you to experience the culinary expertise of both Chef Dan Lee, Acorns Ambassador and Winner of Masterchef 2021; The Professionals and Chef Alex Claridge, Head Chef and Owner of The Wilderness in Birmingham, who also featured on series 13 of The Great British Menu.
Each Chef will be creating dishes for you to enjoy, which includes canapes on arrival and wine provided throughout.
Unfortunately on this occasion we are not able to cater for vegetarians or vegans for this event. We are happy to accommodate pescatarian and gluten-free but unfortunately we aren’t able to accommodate other allergies on this occasion.

This event is executed in collaboration with University College Birmingham, who are supporting in both the venue provision and utilising their own culinary students, who will be on hand to support Dan and Alex in cooking and executing their dishes to the highest standard.
Please disclose dietary requirements on booking, OR if booking for a table of 10 please confirm guests and dietaries no later than 1 week before the event (COP Tuesday 8th October). If dietaries aren’t received by this date we will assume you and your guests have no requirements or allergies.
A special thanks
This event has been created in support of Acorns Children’s Hospice, with all money generated from ticket sales and on-the-night fundraising going directly back to supporting the critical care and support services that Acorns provides 365 days a year.
