Freya's journey

When Freya was diagnosed with a rare life limiting condition, Sophie and Jack’s world changed overnight. Acorns not only provided expert care but also comfort, understanding and the chance to simply be mum and dad again.

Your support means another parent, like Sophie, won’t have to face their child’s illness alone.
