The Acorns Family Portal is an online service for Acorns children and families.

The portal enables families to view key information from their child’s records, request hospice stays online and manage their bookings. It is available for all families who currently use hospices for stays, other families will be able to access the Family Portal as new features become available. Need a login?

You can request a login for the family portal in the following ways:

  • By speaking to a member of the Care Team.
  • By speaking to a member of the Family Services Team.
  • By calling the hospice and asking to speak to a member of the Admin Team.

Please note, that it may take up to 10 working days to process your request. Once you have requested a login, please lookout for an email with further information on how to set up your Acorns Family Portal account.
